Once signed in, you can also raise a ticket at Profile → Support— this gives us your account context automatically and is usually the fastest path.
2. Billing & refunds
Same mailbox: support@vriddhiq.com. Please email from your registered address with a clear subject line, e.g. Refund request — <Razorpay subscription ID> or Billing — <topic>.

6. Support hours & expectations
Support is monitored Monday – Saturday (excluding Indian public holidays), 10:00 – 19:00 IST. Emails received outside these hours are picked up the next working day.
We do not currently offer phone support.
7. What to include in your email
For the fastest response, please include:
- Your registered email address.
- Your Razorpay subscription ID (for billing or refund queries).
- The broker / parser name (for import queries).
- A screenshot or short description of what you tried and what went wrong.
