Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. Nature of the product
VriddhiQ is a digital subscription SaaS hosted at vriddhiq.com. There are no physical goods sold, shipped, or exchanged at any stage. No postal or shipping address is collected from you at any point.
2. Service delivery & activation
Access to paid features is provisioned immediately on successful payment via our payment processor, Razorpay. The subscription.activated webhook unlocks your paid features the moment payment confirms; a receipt email lands in your registered inbox within a few minutes.
3. What “delivery” means for VriddhiQ
For a software service, three things constitute “delivery”:
- Paid features unlocking inside your account immediately on payment.
- The receipt email confirming the charge.
- Your account remaining provisioned for the full annual billing cycle.
4. If delivery fails
If your payment succeeds in Razorpay but your account is not upgraded (possible causes: webhook delay, sync failure), email support@vriddhiq.com from your registered email with your Razorpay payment ID. We will reconcile manually within 1 business day.
If we cannot reconcile, the payment is refunded in full under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. This case is outside the 7-day window and outside the “once per account” lifetime limit— a failed delivery is not a customer-initiated refund.
5. No exchanges
Since the product is digital and the entire subscription is the same scope of access regardless of usage, there is no concept of an “exchange”.
Plan changes (e.g. Individual → Family) are handled as upgrades through the in-app Billing page, not as exchanges, and are governed by our Terms of Service Section 10 and Refund Policy.
6. No shipping or delivery charges
The listed plan prices on our pricing page are the total amount payable. No additional shipping, handling, or delivery charges are added at any stage of checkout.
